A Hi, you would need a hand tool which is able to set structural 6.4mm structural tamp rivets. Not all hand tools have this capacity. I would suggest the FAR K33F lever arm tool: https://www.part-on.co.uk/product/far-k33f-4-8mm-6-4mm-rivet-monobolt/ this tool will set this fastener and being a lever arm tool will be easier on the operator when setting larger structural rivets like this.
