FAR AU250 Automated Rivet System

The automatic feeder AU250 is capable of setting standard rivets 3.2-5mm in all materials and 6mm in aluminium.

The automatic feed riveting tool is equipped to place one size of rivet only, as per customer request.

See image 2 for an example of application of the the tool on a robotised system.

The whole pneumatic unit and the selection and pulling systems for rivets have been completely replaced to achieve a higher efficiency and easier use.
In addition, the update of the rivet feeding unit has been carried out through the replacement of the PLC and the related program.
