2. Send Your Tool:Ship your tool via courier or deliver it to our premises, marked "FAO SERVICE DEPARTMENT" along with your contact details. Including fastener samples is also recommended for thorough testing.
3. Assessment & Quote:Upon receipt, your tool is booked into our tracking system. Our factory-trained engineers will strip and assess the tool and provide a repair quote via email within 48 hours. If a repair is uneconomical, we can offer a quote for a new tool.
4. Approval & Repair:Once you approve the quote, we will proceed with processing your repair. We stock a large inventory of spare parts for fast turnarounds, and we'll keep you updated on lead times if parts need ordering.
5. Return:After the repair is complete, your tool is dispatched via next-day courier or can be collected.
