Having an understanding of what is available in the market today, can be of great benefit, particularly if you have new upcoming projects, or if you're looking for comparative products.
High strength rivets are available in a number of different options. Here at Part-on we stock and supply a wide range of high strength rivets together with rivet tools to suit.
Tamp High Strength RivetsProviding a solid, secure fixing in thin sheet metal fabrication, TAMP high strength rivets are available in a wide range of sizes. Increased performance over standard rivets comes from the nail of the body staying retained in the body, offering higher shear and tensile strength performance figures.
Increased mechanical strength is also achieved in part thanks to the excellent bulb tail formation.

High strength FARBOLT structural rivets provide high resistance to mechanical loads. Available in steel and stainless steel, in domed and countersunk head styles they are able to meet the most demanding of applications to provide a secure method.

FARBOLT structural rivets can be found in a wide range of industries including automotive, engineering, commercial vehicles and fencing, where strength and quality are of importance.

Pin & CollarPin and Collar fasteners are a 2 piece fastening system used as a permanent clamping fixing where a high performance fastener is required.

A number of tools are available for setting structural fasteners. We stock and supply a number of dedicated rivet tools including the FAR FHU05 rivet tool which is capable of setting structural rivets ranging from 4.8mm through to 7.8mm along with Pin & Collar Rivets too.
Other alternatives include the FAR RAC171 rivet tool, which can set structural rivets up to and including 4.8mm.
