A local pest control lighting manufacturer

required a new manufacturing station to

replace their existing outdated workstations. 

We looked at their requirements

 from an ergonomic perspective to

ensure that the operators had

everything within arm’s reach and

to eliminate stretching or bending

to reach fixings and fasteners

required.

We also supplied them with an

ANDON call to actionsystem with

siren to minimise downtime in the

eventof a potential line stoppage.

The station was built ready to be plumbed

straight tothe pneumatic air and electronic

power ring mains.Airlines were

built ontothe station to allow the

customer to offer production tooling

directly and without the need for 

further installations.

We also fixed power points per the customers’ requirements

 to enable use of electronic equipment’s.

This was all finished off with a packing

table manufactured to the customer

requested sizes to enable them to fit their

largest box on and eliminate damage to the

packaging material.
